seriously though, i agree with you for most of this, except for the fact that it makes growing up &quot;less fun&quot;. totally untrue! you can be responsible and still be happy. for me, it&#039;s about establishing your inner happiness and making every life moment a joy to have, regardless of the fact that grown-up life doesn&#039;t allow you to &quot;party hard&quot; or &quot;be lazy&quot;.

maybe i&#039;ve just grown up developing my innate ability to be responsible, but i&#039;d say that at 23, i&#039;ve pretty well completed this list, and i&#039;m MUCH happier and having SO much more fun with life in general than most people my age who have yet to &quot;grow up&quot;. i would chalk it up to being able to enjoy everything i&#039;m doing, and enjoy the company i keep. i love what i do, and do what i love. period.

in a nutshell, i concur. just not with &quot;As I look back on this list, it sure doesn’t look fun to be a grown up&quot;. because honey, i&#039;m sure as hell having a ton of fun!]]></description>
