Stress is an odd duck. There is the good kind, and the bad kind, and your boss might not have a total grasp on which is which. The good kind of stress makes you more alert, gets your blood pumping, and keeps your brain thinking clearly and quickly. The bad kind makes you feel bogged down, disorganized, and cranky. If your boss thinks being bogged down, disorganized, and cranky is a good thing, it sounds like it might be time for a new boss. :)
